Warranties and Representations by the Client

The Client warrants, represents and covenants to International Media Ltd ("911s5.sbs", "911" or "911 S5") that it shall:

It is Forbidden:

• to share your account with other people;
• to use account together with automatic interfaces of data gathering;
• mass sample of proxies (collecting lists of proxies) for all purposes;
• take of proxies for resale;

Not use the System to:

• distribute cracking, warez, ROM, virus, adware, worms, trojan horses, malware, spyware or any other similar malicious activities and products;
• cause any network resource to be unavailable to its intended users, including via "Denial-of-Service (DoS)" or "Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS)" attack;
• distribute any unlawful content or encourage any unlawful activity;
• cause any damage or service disruption to any third party computers or service.

On our IPs are prohibited:

Fraud, burglary, insults, threats and slander; Password selection (bruteforce), port vulnerability scanning; Creating phishing sites; Spam (including spam on forums, sites, blogs), any activity that can lead to the IP address of the server in the blacklist (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, etc.); E-mail newsletter; Distribution of malware (viruses, trojans and anything that can affect the operation of the software); Hacking sites and finding their vulnerabilities (including sql-inj); Distribution of materials without the rightholder's knowledge (Video, music, software, etc.); Violation of the laws of the country in which the server is located to which you are connecting.

In carrying out unlawful actions, you bear full personal, administrative and criminal responsibility for all actions and their consequences.

In violation of the rules of use, the service reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice or explanation.
